ALANNA Ryan

Founder & Principal Consultant

Alanna is an environmental and planning consultant with over 16 years’ experience across mining, infrastructure and consulting.
Her career spans operational, corporate and advisory roles, giving her a rare understanding of how regulatory, environmental and commercial priorities intersect.

Drawing on a foundation in Environmental Science and Community Relations, Alanna combines technical insight with a practical, forward-thinking approach to risk and compliance.
Her ongoing Juris Doctor studies further enhance her ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks, offering clients advice that is both strategic and defensible.

Alanna’s consulting style is defined by clarity, respect and accountability.
She partners with clients to simplify complexity, build trust, and deliver tangible results that stand up to scrutiny — ensuring projects progress smoothly, responsibly and in line with evolving expectations.
